Thank you for your interest in volunteering!
As a community event, Heart Sound relies on its volunteers for help to make it run.
There are two kinds of volunteer positions:
1) Full Time Volunteers (receive FULL scholarships)
- Commit to working 10 hrs over the weekend, as needed (roughly 3 hrs a day)
- Register online as a "Full Time" volunteer, and receive a Full Scholarship to attend camp! (No payment necessary)
- Six Full-Time Volunteer positions available
2) Part Time Volunteers (receive PARTIAL scholarships)
- Commit to working for just one or for a few volunteer shifts over the weekend
- Register as a "Part Time" Volunteer. Pay the full price for camp. At the end of the weekend you'll be reimbursed for the shifts you have worked ($10/hr for regular duty, $15/hr for kitchen duty), i.e. if you help with three 2-hr kitchen shifts, you'll make $90!

- In the "volunteer box" on the Registration Page, please note which shift(s) you would like to work. (You may sign up for as many shifts as you wish, but please be ready and committed to work those shifts)
You may sign up for as many shifts as you wish in either category (See the sign up sheet below). Remuneration for your work will be as follows:
SINGLE SHIFTS: If you are signing up for single shifts, you must register and pay full price for camp first. At the end of the weekend you will recieve a refund or credit for the shifts you have worked.
WORKING SIX or TEN HOURS: If you would like to commit to the SIX or TEN hours of work over the weekend, you can pre-pay a discounted rate for camp, AND you will recieve an addtional bonus value for your time worked: 1) Volunteer for SIX hours of work, and recieve a $70 scholarship; 2) Volunteer for TEN hours of work and receive a $120 scholarship; 3) Volunteer for 12 hours of kitchen duty (2 hours per meal) and get camp for free!
